Members can lodge a specific amount into a Single Deposit Account. Once lodged, the funds must be left on deposit for 12 months to earn a competitive interest rate.
The interest rate (annual equivalent rate) is fixed at the date of the deposit for 12 months. The interest earned which is subject to DIRT is credited to your account after 12 months. No fees or charges apply to the S.D.A.
An R.S.A. is a straightforward and flexible account for regular savings with no hidden restrictions.
Members can save a specified amount per month on a Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly basis. To earn interest on your R.S.A., members must save on a regular basis and by Direct Debit only. The interest rate (annual equivalent rate) is credited to your account monthly (compound interest).
The interest earned on your savings in an R.S.A. is subject to DIRT. Withdrawals from the account are permitted. No fees or charges apply to the R.S.A.
This is an account for day to day use. Members can set up Direct Debits, Standing Orders and pay utility bills via their Current Account. Wages can also be paid directly into your Current Account.
Please note that life savings insurance and death benefit insurance do not apply to funds in your Current Account.
A dividend will not be paid out on any funds in your Current Account.
