BE A COMMUNITY CHAMPION

At Ballinasloe Credit Union we are committed to supporting our local community and we recognise that sports clubs play an integral role in the community.

To support local clubs we have launched a Community Champions campaign.

Here’s how the Community Champions campaign will work:

  • A member of your sports club is looking to a) secure a loan OR b) open a current account and decides to contact Ballinasloe Credit Union.

  • During the application process for either service, they can choose a local club for Ballinasloe Credit Union to make an anonymous donation to on their behalf.

  • For members that apply for a loan, once approved, drawn down and repayments have been made for 3 months, Ballinasloe Credit Union will make a donation to the selected club. The donation amount depends on the size of the loan drawn down.

  • For members that open a current account, Ballinasloe Credit Union will anonymously donate the fees that are due by the member in the third quarter after opening to the selected club.
